Sweet Williams - so lovely
Bright orange Marigold
Pure dogwood braves the cold
Deerbrush sweeps the sky
Fuchia - a riot of color, no lie
Dear snapdragon don't eat me
Oriental lily sweet as can be
An orange blossom for you
Sunflowers can't be blue
Pansy so sleek
And California poppy so meek
Nasturtium climbs around
And roses abound
Come fall in love
With things created by
A loving God above
With the breath of life
For you and me.
