In The Big Bang Theory, Leonard gets minor surgery on his nose to correct some sinus problems he's been having. While it appears to be normal and not at all dangerous, Sheldon is thrown into a panic as he envisions and prepares for Leonard's imminent death - to Amy and Penny's annoyance. Meanwhile, Howard and Bernadette encounter some problems in their marriage that neither were fully aware of while trying to help Raj.
