In The Big bang Theory, Raj and Sheldon toss around the idea of going down into a mine to study their new-found field of dark matter energy {or something like that}. When the actual mine conditions are further investigated, the idea is somewhat of a turn-off till they decide to simulate the conditions via the university's basement. Needless to say, they don't last for long. Meanwhile, when Leonard and Penny start fighting about money, they go to Howard and Bernadette - the only married couple they seem to know. The results are hilarious!
